Umbrella Programs

Umbrella Programs such as K12 and Penn Foster and Connections Academy are considered public school online. You still learn the same thing that you would in public school, they are still subject to staar testing and your children still report to a teacher. Expect low educational standards, not being able to get into contact with teachers,  the portal glitching, etc. These can be great options for some though.
